Individual Sessions

Want to develop your mental training for your individual needs? Individual sessions are meetings designed to explore client needs, enhance self-awareness, advance preparation, and enhance mental skills on a personal and holistic level to optimize and thrive in performance. Available in 60-minute or 30-minute time durations.

Group Sessions

Team/ group sessions that consist of either activity or discussion-based mental training exercises designed to meet the specific needs of the team. May include observations (i.e., practice and/or games) of the group dynamics for further understanding of the interworkings at play. Available in 60-minute or 30-minute time durations.
